ज्योतिष्‍य और नीलम रत्न

नीलम शनि का रत्न है और अपना असर बहुत तीव्रता से दिखाता है इसलिए नीलम कभी भी बिना ज्योतिषी की सलाह के नहीं पहनना चाहिए। नीलम रत्न को पहनने के लिए कुंडली में निम्न योग होने आवश्ययक हैं।

• मेष, वृष, तुला एवं वृश्चिक लग्न वाले अगर नीलम को धारण करते हैं तो उनका भाग्योदय होता है।

• चौथे, पांचवे, दसवें और ग्यारवें भाव में शनि हो तो नीलम जरूर पहनना चाहिए।

• शनि छठें और आठवें भाव के स्वामी के साथ बैठा हो या स्वयं ही छठे और आठवें भाव में हो तो भी नीलम रत्न धारण करना चाहिए।

• शनि मकर और कुम्भच राशि का स्वामी है। इनमें से दोनों राशियां अगर शुभ भावों में बैठी हों तो नीलम धारण करना चाहिए लेकिन अगर दोनों में से कोई भी राशि अशुभ भाव में हो तो नीलम नहीं पहनना चाहिए।

• शनि की साढे साती में नीलम धारण करना लाभ देता है।

• शनि की दशा अंतरदशा में भी नीलम धारण करना लाभदायक होता है।

• शनि की सूर्य से युति हो, वह सूर्य की राशि में हो या उससे दृष्टी हो तो भी नीलम पहनना चाहिए।

• कुंडली में शनि मेष राशि में स्थित हो तो भी नीलम पहनना चाहिए।

• कुंडली में शनि वक्री, अस्त गत या दुर्बल अथवा नीच का हो तो भी नीलम धारण करके लाभ होता है।

• जिसकी कुंडली में शनि प्रमुख हो और प्रमुख स्थान में हो उन्हें भी नीलम धारण करना चाहिए।

• क्रूर काम करने वालों के लिए नीलम हमेशा उपयोगी होता है।
